The top rated hotel in Rehoboth Beach will now have Rehoboth’s top rated restaurant guys bringing their new concept, The Blue Hen to The Avenue!
The Blue Hen will be a regional American fare restaurant set in a similar ‘beach casual with class’ décor that personifies The Avenue. Using the small independent farm and purveyor products used by Chef Clifton in his amazing food preparation that made The Oyster House famous, The Blue Hen will be delivering the same commitment to top quality eats, craft beers and boutique wines. Coupled with the excellent guest service and professionalism that Chris and Joe have developed their team to deliver, The Blue Hen is sure to be the new favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
