While we don’t offer government rates, we do offer discounted rates for members of AAA and AARP. We also have a discounted rate for active duty military and military veterans.
Reservations occurring May thru September or in the off-season during holidays or special event weekends require a deposit of the first night plus tax. If those reservations are cancelled at least 8 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations occurring October thru April that are not during holidays or special event weekends require no deposit, and may be cancelled up until 6 pm on arrival day without penalty.
We provide one parking space per reserved room. Parking on our property becomes available after 12 noon on arrival day year ‘round. Please provide your vehicle and license plate information to the front desk to receive a parking permit. Once you receive your permit, you may begin using the hotel amenities and we will call you if your room becomes available prior to 4 pm.
Included in every reservation is a complimentary full breakfast which is available daily from 7:30 until 10:00 a.m. Breakfast options may include:
Eggs Baked ham, sausage, bacon Cold and hot cereals French toast Biscuits and gravy Yogurt, Fresh Fruit Toast, bagels, english muffins, pastries Coffee, tea, lemonade, ice water
We do have a number of adjoining rooms – please note in your online reservation that you would like rooms to adjoin, or feel free to call us to book your adjoining rooms over the phone.
To ensure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay, Quiet Hours are observed nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. For your comfort and protection, we will not allow parties or any noise disturbances inside or outside The Avenue. In the event that you are disturbed by noise coming from this property, please call the front desk by dialing “0″ and your concern will be given prompt attention.
