The Blue Hen serves regional American fare with an elegant touch. A finalist for a James Beard Award, The Blue Hen features the locally sourced ingredients and inventive recipes that made The Henlopen City Oyster House famous. They also feature craft brews, boutique wines and craft cocktails.
Coupled with the excellent guest service and professionalism that Chris and Joe have trained their team to deliver, The Blue Hen is a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
