First, on behalf of the entire crew, I’d like to express our most sincere gratitude for your continued support and patronage year after year. We close 2024 with a complex set of emotions, as we lost the founder of Seaboard Hospitality, Ken Simpler, Sr., early this Fall. Ken transformed the family restaurant into a group of hotels whose focus on “friendliness & cleanliness” continues to inspire each of us to ensure our guests have unforgettable experiences. We look to the future with Ken’s legacy entrusted to us, and make it our mission to always make him proud.

This was my 4th full season with the property, and it has been just awesome to continue to grow my relationships not only with my crew members, but also with all the wonderful returning and new guests that make The Avenue Inn & Spa a truly special place. We are going into the most magical time of the year here in Rehoboth Beach.
