Booking & Policies

Check‑in is guaranteed at 4 pm; check‑out is 11 am.

Off-Peak Reservations

January–April & November–December

A deposit for the first night plus tax is only required for holiday weekends and special events during the off-peak season.

Reservations not requiring a deposit may be cancelled without penalty until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.


Shoulder Season Reservations

May, June & October

A deposit is required for all shoulder season reservations.

Cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.


Peak Season Reservations

July–September

A deposit is required for all peak season reservations.

Cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

We offer AAA and AARP discounts, plus a special rate for active‑duty military and
veterans.

Guests must be 21+ with a valid government‑issued photo ID and a credit card at
check‑in.

Rates are for double occupancy. Each additional guest age 9 or older is $20/night.

Arrival & Parking

Each room includes one parking space. Parking on property becomes available after 12 noon on arrival day.

Yes—once you’ve received your parking permit, you may enjoy the hotel while weready your room.

Rooms & Amenities

We do—note the request in your online reservation or call us.

We’re one block from the beach/boardwalk, so rooms offer city or courtyard outlooks.

Yes—coin‑operated laundry is available; detergent is complimentary for guests.

Dining

A complimentary full breakfast is included daily, typically 7:30 am 10 am.

Yes—wine & cheese in the Breakfast Room from 5-6 pm and fresh‑baked cookies at
8 pm each night.

Policies

We’re not pet‑friendly and do not accept emotional‑support animals. We do welcome
trained service animals with certificate.

No—smoking is prohibited in rooms and on balconies. There’s a designated smoking
area.

Yes—10:00 pm–8:00 am daily.

Accessibility & Wellness

Yes—please contact us for the best room match and current accessibility details.

We feature a heated indoor saltwater pool and outdoor hot tub/sun deck.

Location

We’re one block from the beach and Boardwalk—steps to shops, dining, and
Funland.
