Excellent Stay! Beautiful facility and wonderful people. Amazing location only a block from the boardwalk. The rooms were clean with a great balcony. They offer breakfast and free wine and cheese in the afternoon. I would definitely stay there again.

The Avenue Inn exceeded all expectations for our stay! My wife and I enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the morning and before going to bed. Beds were awesome with comfortable pillows. The complimentary breakfast was very good and offerings changed daily for variety. Quiet at night.

Best Time Always The Avenue is the Best at the Beach. We have stayed there several times now and keep coming back. The staff is super friendly and very very accomdating. Great location and great little extras for anyone's stay.

We'll be back Thidls was our first vacation in 4 years and you made it worth the wait. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were very clean. We look forward to coming back again.

Great for family vacation This hotel is outstanding for families. Great amenities and customer service. Kids enjoy golf cart ride, with Lew. Beds are not new but that is ok, in time maybe they will be replaced. It's our 4th year, and we want to go back for more.

Vacation Best hotel around, impeccable customer service, everything is top notch, the amenities, the staff, the cleanliness, location is perfect and of course Lew is awesome as well ! We love this hotel so much we now come in the winter as well, fantastic environment for all seasons.

Very nice stay. If you are in the Annex be aware of the stairs. Otherwise it was a great stay. The front desk staff was very responsive to my needs. And I loved that you could get water in the Lobby anytime you needed.

fabulous experience The Avenue is a convenient location where top 10 restaurants and other favorite activites including beach ,boardwalk and shopping are all within walking distance.Love the free shuttle that takes you to the beach and provides beach chairs.The driver truly loves his job and exudes friendliness to his passengers.

Nice Stay was nice. Location was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and decent decor. Staff was nice. Gym was clean and in good repair. Quick access to beach and shops and food. Complimentary shuttle was great.

Another amazing stay at the Avenue Inn! It is simply the best place to stay in Rehoboth!! The hotel staff are friendly, the amenities are superb and the location can't be beat, especially with Lew there to drive you and your belongings to and from the beach!

Will definitely go back. Very clean, close proximity to the beach and boardwalk, the staff very helpful and courteous, lots of amenities. The pool was a plus for when we were tired from the beach but still wanted to swim. Great for families or couples. Will definitely go back.

Excellent property and location You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and the property. All the little details were covered. The daily beach buggy service to the boardwalk was a godsend for my family member with mobility issues. Awesome location and good value for the money.

Highly recommended! Safe, clean, great location! Within walking distance to beach, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Wine and cheese hour and cookies and milk at 8pm was an added bonus. Plenty of parking in the underground garage.

A great place for a getaway!! The stay at The Avenue was excellent! The cleanliness of the hotel is unmatched! The staff was so accommodating and offered so many (included) amenities that far exceeded our expectations! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect family stay The room was better than expected verse the picture online. The staff are very friendly, every accommodation that would be needed has been thought of in advance and the location cannot be beat. I highly recommend The Avenue Inn & Spa.

In the middle of things Clean the outside area, especially railings and steps. Otherwise fine location other than noise from trash trucks. View of trash also not great. Some noise from Purple Parrot but not bad. Annoying that this review had to be so long.

5 Star The Location Was just perfect The rooms and the whole hotel was very clean and smelled really nice. We will definitely go back..Our family has used this hotel for 16 years. We loved the Blue Hen restaurant also.

Kick-off to summer After finishing a year of me instructing and my friend providing medical care, we kicked off our summer here. What a great choice. Close, clean and staff was accommodating and friendly. The wine and cheese hour along with board games is a great amenity.

Family beach trip Perfect location only a block from the beach. Hotel provided shuttle service and beach chairs are extremely convenient especially for those with young kids or older guests. Could not be more happy with the cleanliness of the property and the professionalism of the staff. Will definitely visit again!
